If you become a client, we will collect further information needed to deliver safe care — including health and care needs information — under a separate care agreement and privacy notice provided to you.

We use website enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange any assessment you request. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Where an enquiry includes information about health or care needs, we handle it in confidence as required for the provision of health and social care.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only where necessary to provide or arrange care (for example with professionals directly involved in a person's care, with your knowledge), where we are required to by law or our regulator (the Care Quality Commission), or with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf — including our website form provider, which passes your enquiry securely to our team.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Care records for clients are retained in line with health and social care record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
