This Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) is produced in accordance with GOV.UK Procurement
Policy Note (PPN) 06/21 and demonstrates Ashlotrimcare Ltd’s strategic commitment to
achieving Net Zero emissions by 2035.
1. Organisational Overview
Ashlotrimcare Ltd delivers high-quality health and social-care services across multiple residential and domiciliary care settings. Our sustainability agenda addresses energy use, transportation, procurement, and workforce engagement to minimise environmental impact and support the UK’s Net Zero strategy.
2. Commitment to Net Zero
We are fully committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse-gas emissions by 2035. This will be accomplished through continuous improvement in efficiency, renewable energy adoption, fleet electrification, and responsible procurement. We will measure, monitor, and publish annual progress in line with SECR and PPN 06/21 requirements.
3. Baseline Emissions Footprint
Baseline Year: 2023 (Reporting Period 2023–2024)
Baseline emissions represent Ashlotrimcare Ltd’s greenhouse gas output before implementing
major reduction measures. Data was calculated using the SME Carbon Footprint Calculator in
accordance with the GHG Protocol and UK Government Conversion Factors (2023).

4. Emission Reduction Targets
Ashlotrimcare Ltd will achieve measurable, science-aligned reductions in carbon output through phased initiatives and verified offsetting.
